Terms of use.

VisualizeMy is a set of free tools that turn audio into motion video in your browser, with guides on making music videos. By using the site you agree to these terms. They exist mostly to make three things clear: what is yours, what is someone else's, and what we can and cannot promise.

The tools

The tools are free and need no account. Videos are rendered on your own device; we do not receive or keep them. The free limits, today 1080p and up to ten minutes per export, may change. Pro and custom scenes are not on sale yet: the prices on the site describe what we plan to offer, not an offer you can accept.

Your videos

• They are yours. We claim no rights in the videos you make, and you may use them for anything, commercial work included, with no credit required.
• Our templates. The styles, the photographed materials and the layouts are ours. Using them in videos you export is exactly what they are for. Reselling the templates themselves, or extracting their images to redistribute, is not.
• What you put in is your responsibility. Use only music, images and lyrics you own or have permission to use. We do not check what you upload, because it never reaches us.

Store previews, covers and lyrics

When you search a song by name, the 30 second preview and the cover art come from music stores (Apple and Deezer), and timed lyrics come from LRCLIB, a community database. They are other people's material, supplied so you can preview a song and line a video up to it; using this site gives you no rights in them. Before you publish a video that contains them, make sure you may. On TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts the usual way is to export a silent clip and add the official sound inside the app, where the platform handles the license.

Fair use of the site

Please do not use the tools to infringe anyone's rights, run automated or bulk requests against our search, preview and lyrics routes, or try to disrupt the service. We may block traffic that does.

Our content

The guides and the rest of the site are protected by copyright. You are welcome to read, link and quote with attribution. Facts about other companies' products are checked on the date a guide shows and change often; we are not affiliated with the products we compare.

Third-party links

We link to the sources and products we discuss. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Browsers differ, and an export can fail or a tab can close mid-render. To the fullest extent the law allows, VisualizeMy is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including lost work, and is not responsible for claims or takedowns over videos you publish.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site grows. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
